This privacy notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, to inform you about the personal data processed through the bardakcilargroup.com website and the forms on it.
This English version is provided for information purposes; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

We kindly ask you not to include special categories of personal data such as health information, religion, association membership, criminal convictions or biometric data in your CV. Such data is not needed to evaluate your application.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Receiving, evaluating and responding to requests, questions and quote requests sent via the contact form or email,
- Receiving and evaluating job applications and contacting suitable candidates,
- Ensuring the security and technical operation of the website,
- Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to information requests from authorised bodies.
4. Legal Grounds for Processing
Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK:
- (c) Processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract: evaluating quote requests and job applications,
- (ç) Compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller: record-keeping and notification obligations under applicable law,
- (f) Legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed: responding to enquiries and keeping the website secure.
5. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, by partly automated means, through the contact and job application forms on our website, by email and phone, and through website server logs. The information you enter in the forms on our website, and any CV you attach to the job application form, is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our own web server and forwarded by our server's mail system as an email to info@bardakcilargroup.com. Form contents are not stored on the web server; only an irreversible hash of your IP address is kept temporarily, for at most 1 hour, to prevent abuse (spam).
6. Transfers of Personal Data
Limited to the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to:
- Our group companies: the group company in the business area your request or application relates to,
- Service providers: the suppliers of our website hosting and email services,
- Authorised public bodies: within the scope of our legal obligations and upon request.
Our website uses Google Maps to show our location on the contact page. The map is loaded only when you click one of the map buttons; in that case, your IP address and browser information may be processed by Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd., whose servers may be located outside Türkiye. 7. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and by applicable law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Data relating to job applications is kept for 1 (one) year after the application is concluded.
8. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information about the processing if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that the actions under (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
- Object to a result against you arising from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.
9. How to Apply
You may submit requests regarding these rights, together with information that identifies you and in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:

- By registered electronic mail (KEP) to msbhafriyatinsaat@hs01.kep.tr,
- From an email address you have previously provided to us and that is registered in our system, to info@bardakcilargroup.com.
Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature. If the action incurs an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
